through its sellers pack our goods with exceptional care and we use the best
Quality of Packaging materials so that you receive the goods intact.
However if you find any product as damaged then it will be your responsibility
to let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any intimation after 48
Hours will NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED
You
may return us the damaged goods And we will repair them and send it back to you
with your next order.
Returns
of Merchandize: We
Have a Liberal Returns Policy You can send back the item you have purchased to
us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 15 days, in
case you do not like it for any genuine reasons. In case of genuine fault from
our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may
replace the product without additional charges.
How to send the Returns? You must take approval from one of our support
team who will guide you how and where to send return.
Conditions
for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of
a Damaged / Defective product within 48 hours of delivery. If you are
unable to do so within 48 hours, there shall be no liability of Sportee.in
to replace the order
- Products/Items should be
UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in
their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and
invoices.
- It is advised that the return
packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no
further damage of goods in transit.
- The returned goods are subject
to verification and checks from Sportee.in team to judge the legitimacy of
the complaint
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Sportee.in. Refund
will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- Orders paid online will be
refunded within 7-21 working days
- For COD payments, we will send
a refund cheque/online payment
